On June 24, 2026, the WCAB in Van Nuys approved a Compromise and Release settlement in the amount of $1,909,707.81 for a very deserving client who suffered a catastrophic level traumatic brain injury in the course and scope of his employment when heavy metal racks toppled over him striking him in the head and causing him to fall and lose consciousness.
