Male Drywall Laborer in his 50’s who slipped and fell off of a scaffold while hanging up drywall, sustaining a mild traumatic brain injury, fractured nose, injury to his neck, back and right upper extremity. After 5 AME’s in 5 different specialties and a Neuro-Psychological Evaluation, doctors confirmed applicant suffered a mild head trauma making it difficult for him to ever return to work in construction.
