Applicant was a woman in her early 60’s who suffered catastrophic injuries due to a slip and fall accident while in the course and scope of her employment for a restaurant. She required extensive care to rehabilitate back to health, include acute restorative rehab, multiple surgeries, and home health services. The case settled by a Third-Party Compromise and Release on April 16, 2025, resolving both her Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury claim together in global resolution for $2 Million.
